Must cancel 48 hours prior to appointment time or reschedule instead of cancelling to a different day.
If you have braids or any type of protective style, braids must be taken down before appointment. If you need take down services, there is a takedown option available on booking website must book along with the appointment. It also requires a wash and condition if I provide the services. If failed to comply with takedown policy you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day.

Yes, before and after services. Extra fees will apply. These before and after services are offered ONLY ON THURSDAYS. Early Bird hours starts at 8:30am. After hours is any service being provided with a start time after 7:00pm.
Yes. You are able to select more than one service on our booking page by simply selecting more than one service before proceeding to set a date. Please contact me if you have any questions or trouble with booking.

There’s a 10-minute grace period. Once your grace period has expired your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule.

I prefer the two-strand method, simply because it is easier to maintain especially for those who are new to the loc journey.
When you’re starting out, once a month. After your 5-month mark, every 2-3 months.
